Target demographics of our fund include those of Retiring Age (e.g. Aging in Place) and Millennials.

3rd parties support all our daily living requirements, from utilities, to transportation, field services, trading & logistics, housing and beyond.
This theme’s businesses often have a high GMV-to-Revenue ratio and less cyclical revenues.
Work Life
When not just living, we are spending a very large portion of our time working, and using tools such as EdTech, HRTech, Business Tech and Business Services.
